He may not have had the children singing Happy Birthday to him in assembly but we certainly made up for it when we celebrated Mr Parker's 80th birthday.
Mr Parker has been helping in the school for many years and although his own grandchildren have long since left the school for a new life in the Middle East he still embraces every aspect of our school and joins us regularly to hear children read. It was a little bird that told us of his up and coming celebration and we thought it only right to share his celebrations. With a fabulous gateaux made especially by Mrs. Casey he was certainly surprised.
