Appeals

If your application is not successful you have a right to appeal to an independent appeal panel for a place  where you have applied and been refused.  Please go to www.essex.gov.uk/admissions for more information about this.  Appeals should be lodged within 20 school days of the refusal letter.

There are limited circumstances in which an infant class size appeal can be successful.  Please see the guidance on the website for more information on how these appeals are considered.

Admissions Policy 2025/2026 - Consultation Process

 A copy of the proposed admission arrangements are displayed below.

There is a six-week consultation period, which will run from Monday 2nd October 2023 until Monday 6th November 2023.
